Other important bits for potential SALES clients:

(1) We DO NOT use a fixed term contract, this leaves YOU in control. (2) Please be advised If an agent uses a fixed term sales contract they are more likely to overprice your property in the effort to gain your business, once you sign you are locked in and there is nothing you can do!!! Read the small print and ask the right questions. (3) Our fees are based on SOLD price not the asking price, unlike some others. (4) Remember you are the client and the agent acts for you, not the other way round.

For RENTAL clients we offer either tenant find or managed services tailored to your needs.
